Appetizers

Fried Zucchini
Crisp, crunchy zucchini, fried to perfection with just a dusting of flour. Served with a lemon wedge

Fresh Jumbo Lump Crab Cake( Seasonal)
Fresh House Made Jumbo Lump Blue Crab meat.

Fried Calamari
Our customers tell us this is the best calamari they have ever had. The calamari are fried with just a dusting of flour. Served with a wedge of lemon and one of our Marinara dipping sauces.

Fresh Mussels Marinara (Seasonal)
Plump, fresh, briny, Prince Edward Island Mussels in Marinara Sauce, flavored with white wine, garlic, red pepper flakes, and parsley,

Grilled Pizza
We make this pizza dough from scratch. This Pizza is thin crusted and grilled , the topping is light; we use only fresh tomato, Italian Fontina cheese, Parmigiano-Reggiano, extra-virgin olive oil, sea-salt, oregano and fresh basil. Folks this is an appetizer, not a meal. No substitution on topping please.

All entrées include a side salad with either house made Balsamic Vinaigrette or Creamy Parma. We also have our house made Premium Maytag Blue Cheese dressing for an additional $ 1.75

Meat and Poultry

Veal Parmigiana
Top Round Veal Cutlet Breaded and Pan Fried, Topped with Fresh Mozzarella Cheese and Marinara Sauce. Served on Penne.

Grilled Chicken Puttanesca
Grilled Chicken Breast embellished with our "Ladies of the Night" Sauce Served with penne or broccoli. With both penne and broccoli

Chicken Parmigiana
Breast of Chicken coated with our own egg batter and flour coating then topped with our Marinara Sauce and Fresh Mozzarella Cheese . Served with penne

Steak Pizzaiola
Sliced fillet of beef with sweet red peppers, onions, mushrooms, red pepper flakes and our Fra Diavolo Sauce, served on penne. The fillet is cooked medium/rare to medium. Cooking the beef fillet beyond medium... may we suggest you try our grilled chicken puttanesca

Meatballs with Penne
We make these meatballs the same way my grandmother did. Except we do not use a wood stove. Light, moist, flavorful meatballs, simmered in our tomato sauce. One meatball with penne. 

Pasta and Vegetarian

Spaghetti alla Carbonara
This dish from the Roman Countryside is fixed with spaghetti Eggs, Pancetta (Italian bacon), American Bacon, Parmigiano-Reggiano Cheese, Pecorino Romano Cheese and lots of Ground Black Pepper. Carbonara is served only on spaghetti.

House-Made Manicotti
Fresh house-made savory crepes filled with ricotta, fresh mozzarella, and a combination of Parmigiano-Reggiano and Pecorino Cheese. Topped with our Marinara sauce, fresh mozzarella and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

House-Made Eggplant Parmigiana
Breaded Eggplant Layered with our Mozzarella Cheese, Marinara Sauce, Fresh Basil, and Pecorino Romano Cheese. Then Baked to Blend all the flavors of Southern Italy.

Alici con Spaghetti Rigati
Anchovies, garlic, kalamata olives, pignoli nuts, golden raisins, sea salt and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We will not substitute any other pasta nor will we change this recipe. It is what it is. Delicious, and a fleeting taste of Campagnia, think Naples, Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano.

Penne Puttanesca
Tomatoes, garlic, red pepper flakes, anchovies, capers, and black olives. Blended to make a sauce made famous by Neapolitan "Ladies of the Night". It was a quick tasty meal between appointments.

White Clam Sauce with Spaghetti Rigati
Fresh Top Neck Clams, quohog clams, clam broth, olive oil, red pepper flakes, garlic parsley and a touch of tomato makes this the perfect pasta and clams.

Shrimp with Pink Vodka Cream Sauce
Jumbo Mexican White Shrimp are blended with our Pink Vodka Cream sauce served with Bucatini Rigati.


Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes(Seasonal)
Our own house made Panko crusted Fresh Jumbo Lump Blue crab cakes. This is why they are seasonal, we only use Fresh Jumbo Lump Blue Crab meat. Served with french fries or fried zucchini and house made cocktail sauce.

Shrimp Fra Diavolo (Brother Devil)
Jumbo Mexican White Shrimp with a spicy, garlic tomato sauce. We sauté the garlic until it is just straw colored, it lends a rich nutty flavor to the sauce. Served with Penne.

Shrimp Scampi
Jumbo Mexican White Shrimp Sautéed in Extra-Virgin Olive Oil and Garlic then finished with Parsley, Lemon, Sweet-Butter and our House Made Garlic Olive Oil. Served with Penne Pasta
